Helient is monitoring the CrowdStrike outage and is actively working with customers impacted by a defect found in a single content update for Windows hosts. Mac and Linux hosts are not impacted. CrowdStrike reports that this is not a security incident nor cyberattack. CrowdStrike also reports that the issue has been identified, isolated and a fix has been deployed. There is also a workaround, which Helient is actively testing.
