Brad, serving as CEO and Chairman, is a distinguished entrepreneur and a leader in the telecommunications sector. Before his tenure at Princeton, he established Magellan Hill Technologies LLC, which was recognized as the fastest-growing telecommunications provider in 2010 and ranked sixth overall on the Wharton School’s “Philly 100.” The company was subsequently acquired by Line Systems Inc. in January 2012. Additionally, Brad was Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at PAETEC Communications, leading the company to achieve $2 billion in revenue prior to its acquisition by Windstream in 2011. His career also includes significant leadership roles at ACC Telecom and the co-founding of Vista International Communications. Brad is a proud alumnus of the University of Delaware.

Mario is a seasoned executive known for developing high-impact go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. With over 25 years of experience in leading sales channels for business cloud solutions, he aligns sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives. He led UCaaS, cloud, and managed services sales for enterprise customers, overseeing go-to-market strategies, channel sales, support and customer service. Mario has held executive roles at Fusion Connect, Vonage and PAETEC, He excels in leading high-performing teams and delivering seamless customer experiences, achieving exceptional business outcomes and sustainable growth.

Donna is a career telecom executive with over 36 years of experience in the industry. She helped establish PAETEC Communications, Inc. in 1998 and where she was a Senior Vice President overseeing sales, account management, sales engineering, customer service, sales operations, and the agent program. After her tenure at PAETEC, she joined Broadview Networks, which was acquired by Windstream. Donna also held leadership roles at Rochester Telephone Company and ACC Telecom. She holds an MBA from the University of Rochester and a BS in Mathematics and Economics from St. Lawrence University.

Steve is Helient's Chief Strategy Officer. As a veteran in legal computing, Steve has spent the past 20 years providing strategic consulting, project management and technology solutions for a long list of dedicated clients. He has been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the company and his expertise lies in driving innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering strategic partnerships. His visionary leadership has been pivotal in navigating the dynamic landscape of Information Technology, ensuring that Helient remains at the forefront of industry advancements. 

Jamie Engelhard is a seasoned systems architect, consultant, and business owner. His expertise and leadership have been pivotal in achieving technical, commercial, and operational excellence for various consulting firms and numerous clients. Jamie's innovative but disciplined approach to customer solutions has not only transformed multiple businesses but raised the bar for customer experience and IT service automation in the industry. Among Jamie's many accomplishments was his conception, development, and launch of HeliX(R), a B2B desktop delivery solution that provides a subscription-based service to automate the creation, configuration, and management of Windows desktops in the enterprise. HeliX was a foundational element to the evolution of Helient's Modern Workspace practice and is employed by dozens of firms to successfully implement the latest Windows management technologies.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Will is a Chief Technologist focused on technical infrastructure and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative services to clients. Will has a strong background and expertise in data center virtualization, storage, hyperconverged infrastructure, public, private, and hybrid cloud-based architectures, along with disaster recovery and business continuity solutions. Will's mission is to help organizations leverage the latest technologies and solutions to optimize their performance, security, and efficiency.

Wade is a distinguished leader with over 20 years of experience in the legal IT sector. Since joining Helient, Wade has played a crucial role in advancing the company’s engineering practice areas and effectively managing all aspects of projects and managed services. His strategic insight and dedication to excellence have optimized operations and elevated Helient’s innovation and efficiency. 

As Chief Revenue Officer, Chris has over 20 years of experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, delivering innovative custom solutions. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a keen ability to lead technological advancements, notably leading some of the earliest migrations to the Microsoft Cloud for Enterprise clients across various industries. His innovative approach and strategic vision have been instrumental in transforming business operations and enhancing efficiencies. Currently, Chris is responsible for driving Helient’s future growth, focusing on legal technology and exploring new avenues beyond. 

Michael brings 25 years of distinguished experience in the banking industry, having served as the controller for two leading banks. In these roles, he managed the daily operations of the accounting departments, ensuring seamless financial closings and precise reporting. His exceptional leadership and financial expertise have consistently driven strategic financial initiatives and enhanced operational efficiency.
